Monday, February 13th, 2012At my gym the other day, I overheard a group of women discussing different pieces of kitchen utensils they used to measure out precise ounces of different foods to help them count calories. My girlfriend has been following the Flat Belly Solution, a best-selling women’s weight loss plan by Isabel De Los Rios, for over a year and I had never heard her mention this at all.
